Our Background

Terri Jenks opened her search business in 1997 after identifying a need for HR Executive Recruiters who had previous experience in Corporate America as HR professionals. Terri holds a Masters Degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and has progressive field and corporate HR experience with Fortune 500 organizations.  She understands Human Resources at a higher level than most recruiters. She utilizes those experiences to effectively assess an organization's needs and deliver the best candidates for her clients in a short period of time.

Upon acceptance of a search,  we conduct a thorough examination of your industry, business and culture. We pride ourself on being an extension of your business, so fully understanding your business is the key to our success.  When we accept a search, we take the time to thoroughly screen the best HR professionals and submit a short list of candidates that each meet your requirements. We have earned the reputation of strong successful placements from the first round of submitted candidates due to thorough business needs analysis, strong parterning and insightful assessments.

Our Commitment

At Jenks HRSearch we do not believe in playing the contingency search percentages, which is to gain every search knowing that only a percent will be fulfilled.  Upon acceptance of a search, we give it our full attention and continue to do so every step of the way, from business assessment to onboarding and employee retention coaching.
